Q2: How do I pay for the product?

If ordering directly from the company, you must transfer the payment for the product before shipment.

Cash on delivery service is available only for orders made through Shopee and Lazada.


Q3: How will the company arrange the delivery?

We offer delivery through Thailand Post EMS, where charges are determined by the product's weight, starting at 85 Baht.

Additionally, for alternative domestic commercial delivery services, certain companies offer the option of payment upon delivery. If you're uncertain about which parcel service suits your needs, our team is on hand to offer guidance.

You can also schedule a pick-up at Pun-Pun-Yang shop located in Amphoe Mueang, Samut Sakhon. The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and close on Sunday.
